A family passion, The Domaine GRIVOT-GOISOT is located in Burgundy in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards.

In order to preserve the environment, the Domaine practices sustainable viticulture, which it continues to develop over time. In 2020, they were awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE) label.

In the heart of this exceptional terroir of Rhône Valley, for nearly three centuries, the Arnoux family has been making and maturing wines with the greatest respect for ancestral traditions.

Their wines are vinified with greatest respect for ancestral tradition to allow to offer the authentic tastes and flavours of the land.

Since Emmanuelle-Sophie took over the estate, her idea was to put into practice what his parents, his grandmother, his great-grandmother had taught her. Bringing life into the soil in giving priority to organic products and listening to nature.

The vineyard of the Cave de Pouzols et Mailhac is located south of Minerve in the Languedoc. South/southeast exposure on the slope of the Serre d’Oupia. Lean soil made up of white-grey blue pebbles with sharp edges. Hard limestone from the Quaternary period.

Mindful of the environment for several generations, they are committed to the High Environmental Value approach.

Collard Greffier is a “récoltants manipulant,” a grower who makes and markets Champagne under their own label, from grapes exclusively sourced from their own vineyards and processed on their own premises.

Located partially in the Marne area close to Epernay the capital of Champagne and in Aube region in a rugged landscape where vines, hedgerows, and marshes alternate. Magali runs the estate with a particular concern for the environment.

The Stirn estate is a family winegrowing business where tradition has reigned for many generations of winegrowers. The estate has been awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE) label, a guarantee of quality for a preserved nature by respecting the ecosystems.

The vineyards are a real refuge for fauna (ladybirds, wild boars, deer, praying mantises, lizards, birds) and flora. Since 2020, the estate has been undergoing organic conversion in order to materialise their awareness of several years: respecting nature. No chemicals are used on the soil, plants, or in the vats and barrels.

Since its creation in 1980, the Domaine Berrod has been committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, which results in a healthy and mature harvest.

Roland, Benoit, and Guillaume's philosophy is to perpetuate the family tradition of a sustainable wine growing, respectful of the vines, traditional vinification, and entirely manual harvesting, ensuring the quality and typicity of its wines, but also to preserve the link between terroir and product.
