Vignerons de Pouzols et Mailhac Minervois Languedoc
The vineyard of the Cave de Pouzols et Mailhac is located south of Minerve in the Languedoc. South/southeast exposure on the slope of the Serre d’Oupia. Lean soil made up of white-grey blue pebbles with sharp edges. Hard limestone from the Quaternary period.
Mindful of the environment for several generations, they are committed to the High Environmental Value approach.

Champagne Collard-Greffier Champagne
Collard Greffier is a “récoltants manipulant,” a grower who makes and markets Champagne under their own label, from grapes exclusively sourced from their own vineyards and processed on their own premises.
Located partially in the Marne area close to Epernay the capital of Champagne and in Aube region in a rugged landscape where vines, hedgerows, and marshes alternate. Magali runs the estate with a particular concern for the environment.

Domaine Stirn Alsace
The Stirn estate is a family winegrowing business where tradition has reigned for many generations of winegrowers. The estate has been awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE) label, a guarantee of quality for a preserved nature by respecting the ecosystems.
The vineyards are a real refuge for fauna (ladybirds, wild boars, deer, praying mantises, lizards, birds) and flora. Since 2020, the estate has been undergoing organic conversion in order to materialise their awareness of several years: respecting nature. No chemicals are used on the soil, plants, or in the vats and barrels.
