It spends over a year on it’s lees in stainless steel vat.📝Tasting notes: Bright and clean, that chenin blanc gets the green apple aromas characteristic to many dry style Vouvray. With over a year in it’s lees, this is a very well balance chenin blanc with the clean acidity and the body and texture from a long lees agei🍽 Food pairing: Raw fish, Lobsters, Seafood in creamy sauce or Spicy oriental dishesIf we had to choose a single word to describe this wine, it would simply be "yum" 😋🏰 The Domaine: The Feray Family has been establish in Vouvray since 1994. They now run a few domaine in Vouvray, Chinon and Cheverny. They also produce some Cremant de Loire white and Rose (check them out in the Bubble section). 🤓: When they bought their first vouvray domaine, they knew one of their plot will loose the Vouvray appellation in 2022.
