Mourvèdre grape with deep almost black colour. Very complex nose with candied cherry and grilled coffee notes. Powerful, round mouth with silky tannins. Manual harvesting, vatting of whole grapes, long maceration. Aged for one year in Limousin oak barrels. Keeping potential of 5 to 8 years.
