2017 Moissenet Bonnard Nuits Saint Georges

$95.00

Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, France

Pinot Noir with a purple colour, aromas of raspberries, redcurrants and white pepper. A powerful wine, long on the palate, which needs a little time to round out. The manual harvest that keeps all this richness and a wine making preserving the individuality of each climate bring sensuality, depth and a dress all in velvet. The aging in oak barrels will sublimate, enhance and build this amazing wine.

The winemaker: Jean Louis and his daughter Emmanuelle Sophie, descendant of a long line of winegrowers, have made quality and respect for the terroir the basic principles of the estate. The vines are 30 – 45 years old. To preserve diversity and mycorrhization, grass grows between the rows and ground cover under the rows. High Environmental Value (HVE) certified.
