Pinot Noir powerful, racy Pommard, with elegant tannins, notes of spices, undergrowth and very ripe fruit (blackcurrants, blackberries), and a long aftertaste It is truly THE gentleman among the Pommard of the estate. Vinification takes 4 weeks, including 21 days for alcoholic fermentation. Then ageing takes place over 18 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

The winemaker: Jean Louis and his daughter Emmanuelle Sophie, descendant of a long line of winegrowers, have made quality and respect for the terroir the basic principles of the estate. The vines are 30 – 45 years old. To preserve diversity and mycorrhization, grass grows between the rows and ground cover under the rows. High Environmental Value (HVE) certified.
